How long until I notice a difference?
Every pet settles at their own pace. Many owners notice changes over a few weeks of continuous use, but results vary. If your pet's anxiety is severe or ongoing, please speak to your vet.
Where should I plug it in?
Use your standard socket, 230V, in the room your pet spends the most time in. Avoid sockets near windows, vents or doors, and don't use a power strip. Keep the vial upright.
Are the dog and cat versions different?
Pheromones are species-specific, so choose the version made for your pet. Got both? Use one of each, in the rooms each pet spends time in.
Is it safe for my home?
Furlo is designed for everyday home use. Always follow the instructions in the box, and keep the diffuser and refill out of reach of pets and children.
Will I notice a smell?
A faint warm scent from the heating element is normal and should fade quickly. If it seems strong, contact our support team and we'll help.
